“I don’t normally leave reviews. But they came over within 20 mins. They found a burnt out outlet that almost led to a fire. And took care of everything. Super nice. I can’t recommend them enough.”

Two electrical panels roughed in on the stud walls of a large building under construction

A tree limb, a hanging line, and a Saturday afternoon.

When a storm pulls the service anchor off your house, the power company may have to cut the line until it’s repaired. Here’s what happened when Darlene called Daniel.

“I had a tree limb come down and rip an anchor from the side of my home that holds the electrical line. GA Power was called because the line was hanging low and I thought by calling them to tighten the line we could prevent any further damage. The person came out and said oh I will call the crew and they will need to cut the line and pull it never said anything about the anchor. Once she placed the call she returned to hand my husband a paper that said we need to cut my power off and I would have to have it reconnected once the anchor had been repaired. They didn’t care that my husband due to his medical condition needs power. And that is when I reached out to Daniel and he set things in motion to get someone there on a Saturday late afternoon to handle the anchor. Now I have been around long enough to know it is very rare you find any company that would accommodate but they did. Jose came out and was very nice and handled all within 30 minutes at most. I will be recommending this company to all my clients. If I could give more than a 5 star I would. You guys turned my stress into calm I appreciate you and thank you again.”
